Faith, Renewal, and Menopause: Why I Wrote 40 Days of Menopause and Faith

Menopause is a journey, not a destination. Yet for so many women, it arrives unannounced disruptive, confusing, and overwhelming. I know this because I lived it.

My own story began with a frightening, near death experience that left me hospitalised, unable to walk, and dismissed by the very professionals I turned to for help.

Later, I discovered what so many women are never told: the symptoms I was struggling with were connected to perimenopause.

That realisation changed everything. It lit a fire in me to ensure no woman would ever feel as silenced, isolated, or unsupported as I once did.

That passion led me to become a menopause coach and counsellor, and ultimately to write 40 Days of Menopause and Faith: A Faith Based Journey to Healing & Renewal.

This book is not just words on a page, it is the resource I wish I’d had when I was searching for answers. It is a devotional designed to support the whole woman: mind, body, and spirit.

Each day blends scripture, affirmations, and heartfelt reflections with practical journaling prompts, guiding women to find strength, clarity, and peace through the ups and downs of menopause.

Unlike clinical guides or textbooks, 40 Days of Menopause and Faith is a companion. A trusted friend who sits with you during hot flushes at midnight, whispers encouragement when anxiety feels heavy, and reminds you that you are not alone. It reframes menopause as a sacred pause not an ending, but an opportunity to rediscover yourself, deepen your faith, and embrace renewal.

Imagine beginning your morning with a scripture that speaks directly into your situation, followed by a reflection that helps you see your symptoms through a lens of hope. Imagine closing your evening with a prayer that brings calm, an affirmation that builds resilience, and a journaling prompt that helps you process your thoughts.

Day by day, you begin to shift from fear to faith, from fatigue to renewal, and from silence to empowerment.

The response has been overwhelming. Women tell me this devotional has not only helped them make sense of their menopause journey but also brought them closer to God, to themselves, and to a community of women who share their struggles and victories.

That is why I am so excited to share this book at

Pause Live.

On Saturday 4th October, from 3:30–4:30pm, I will be holding a special book signing sessionwhere you can pick up your signed copy of 40 Days of Menopause and Faith.

We will also have a dedicated Shhh… Menopause Wellness stand, where you can come and speak with my team and I personally about the symptoms you want to tackle whether it’s sleep struggles, Joint Pain, mood changes, or anxiety. Together, we can explore solutions that truly work.

Menopause doesn’t just happen during awareness month in October. It is with us 365 days of the year. That is why I created 40 Days of Menopause and Faith to offer women a faith led lifeline they can return to daily for strength, renewal, and hope.

If you are ready to approach menopause not with fear, but with faith, I invite you to join me at Pause Live.

Come for encouragement, come for community, and leave with a signed copy of the devotional that could transform the way you walk through this season.

Your journey to renewal begins one page at a time.
