ON SATURDAY APRIL 5TH

AT RAMSDEN BELLHOUSE COMMUNITY CENTRE

OFFICIAL MEDIA PARTER: ELYSIUM LIFESTYLE MAGAZINE

According to latest research by popular gym chain PureGym more and more of us are realising the positive link between keeping ourselves healthy with regular exercise – and being happy!

One in three of us say we have seen an improvement in mental health, reduction of anxiety and stress levels and a further 16% believe that joining a gym this year will improve health by helping to lose weight, becoming more healthy and more resistant to becoming ill.

And you can find all the inspiration you need in the calming environment of the 7TH annual Soul Spirit & Wellbeing Festival taking place at the Ramsden Bellhouse Community Centre, near Billericay Essex on Saturday 5th April where you’ll be able to discover a whole range of ways to destress and positively enhance your life this spring!

A teal blue circular logo with the words "TOGETHER WE CAN" at the top, "human kind" in bold lowercase in the center, and "BILLERICAY, ESSEX" at the bottom—all in white—promotes inspiration and unity for a wellbeing festival.

Sponsored this year by community initiative Human Kind Café located in Billericay High Street, a charity café that provides a safe and welcoming space for everyone to connect, share and experience kindness. As well as offering delicious freshly produced food and drink, the Human Kind Experience welcomes everyone to enjoy complimentary wellness events, children’s activities, arts and crafts all year round!

There will be a range of taster therapies to try including reflexology, hand massage, crystal healing and Indian head massage as well as breathwork, Latin dance and tai chi sessions in the Festival Garden.

You can make a fresh start for spring focusing on your health and wellbeing with over 40 stands offering a whole range of stress-easing, mood boosting therapies including crystal therapy, yoga and drumming demos, candles, spiritual gifts and art with Soulful Creations as well as fabulous Essex-based boho fashion with Threaderick.

Spend the day at the Soul Spirit & Wellbeing Festival and join like-minded visitors in the two event Halls as well as the calming Festival Garden with live music from talented due Yvan & Britta at the Ramsden Bellhouse Community Hall from 11am to 4.30pm.

We will also have some of the UK’s finest tarot card readers and psychic mediums including – as seen on TV – the Spiritual Sisters.

Tickets are priced at £5 each available on the day and at Eventbrite with no booking fee. There will be a raffle to win £250 of natural health and beauty treats, supporting The Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity.

There is plenty of free parking at the venue which is fully accessible to all users.
