Born in India in 1976 to well-travelled, beatnik parents with a hippie spirit, I grew up immersed in meditation, mindfulness, and holistic living—long before it became fashionable in the West. That soulful foundation has shaped everything I do. I’m a trained LAMDA speech and drama teacher, and I’ve spent years directing theatre shows for children, helping people of all ages find their voice—literally. From the shy child preparing for a stage debut to the adult who’s never quite felt heard and on and on….. I’ve worked closely with clients to build confidence in oration, presence, and public speaking along with the use of EFT. I’m also the founder of VeryMakeupMad, a midlife beauty platform and consultancy where I bring together skincare expertise, makeup artistry, and emotional clarity. With a background in performance, modelling, and working as the named makeup artist for YSL and makeup launches with brands like MAC, and Aveda, I blend industry know-how with an intuitive, real-life approach.
