Dr. Khattar earned her B.Sc. Honours and Ph.D. from King’s College and St. Mary’s Hospital Medical School, University of London, and later served as Assistant and Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology at Kuwait University’s Faculty of Medicine.
