What better way to pause a busy shopping trip to Manchester last month than with a visit to Haute Dolci, one of the UK’s premier dessert destinations?

Centrally located at Deansgate, very close to some of this iconic city’s premier shopping, this is one of the newest locations for this fabulous dine-in sweet eating experience.

Beautifully decorated with Insta-worthy décor in chocolate-inspired shades of creamy beiges, caramel and brown, the gourmet offering seamlessly matches the environment and the desserts, particularly the Chocolate Sinner French Toaste, which combines beautifully textures between tempting Belgian chocolate and spiced cinnamon brioche.
Founded by Nizam Mohamel back in 2017, he created Haute Dolci to be a luxury dessert restaurant concept – elevating dessert dining to a work of art!
Blending French elegance with Italian dessert passion, the Haute Dolci venues are the perfect alternative to a regular bar or restaurant to enjoy afternoon tea, a decadent hot chocolate or coffee with an exquisite dessert.
Shown to our table on the second floor, which gave us a great view of the city, the menu is impressive with French classics including Berries et Crème Toaste and Crepe Citron, and you can also enjoy breakfast staples with eggs and avocado.

All the staff were attentive, knowledgeable and helpful, including our server Omar, who presented our options with real flair!
My son Joe tucked into one of the most popular plates: The Chocoholic, a towering pile of waffles heaped with warm chocolate that he washed down with the Oreo Biscotti Milkshake, while I enjoyed the beautiful Croffle a La Pistache, a stunning concoction of fluffy pancakes with Dubai favourite kanafa chocolate and edible flowers.

The portions were impressive and very indulgent, so we didn’t feel rushed to finish, and the prices were reasonable too, from around £12 for such impressively presented and delicious food.
There are over 15 venues in main cities, including Birmingham, London and Glasgow, and most stay open late up to 11 pm for you to enjoy an evening date with friends and family. The perfect option for sweet lovers this Valentine’s Day, too.
